Mounties are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who allegedly exposed himself to a child near Saskatoon.
According to police, the incident occurred on May 9, just off Highway 762. Investigators allege that an adult male lured a child—under the age of six—into an isolated area and exposed himself before being interrupted by the child’s family.
In a news release, police stated that “the child did not know the male.”
The man reportedly fled into a nearby wooded area following the alleged incident.
Despite a search involving a Saskatoon RCMP police dog, authorities were unable to locate the suspect.
Police have released a composite sketch and description of the man. He is described as approximately six feet tall with a medium build, light complexion, medium-length curly blond hair, and a clean-shaven face.
Further identifying features include gaps between his teeth.
At the time of the incident, he was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, gray mirrored sunglasses, a blue shirt, jeans, and black shoes.
