Further examination of the video ultimately led investigators to the identification of two suspects.

On Friday, both individuals were arrested “without incident.”

While Kingston police did not release the names of the accused, they’ve disclosed that a 32-year-old male—already facing charges for possession for the purpose of trafficking and proceeds of crime—has now been charged along with a 25-year-old female.
